Rewards

The best thing would be to wait until your reward is available again. Otherwise you will receive a capsule voucher in the value of your capsules. The ordered reward will not be sent to you automatically, but must be ordered again by you and sent together with the voucher.

Online order form

When you activate the button "Create order form" at the end of the order process, a PDF with your selection and your entered data is automatically created and opened in a new browser tab. In addition, we will send you your completed form as a PDF to your specified e-mail address. If you do not receive a PDF from us, please check your spam folder.
You can order as many rewards as you like and have collected capsules available within one order process.
Yes, please send your completed and printed order form completely filled out together with your collected capsules to the appropriate capsule collection address of your country. IMPORTANT: Otherwise we can not assign your capsules. You can find the addresses here: Shipping addresses
If it is not possible to print out your completed form, simply send us your capsule collection together with your reward request, address and contact details, handwritten (clearly legible) on a sheet of paper. You can find the addresses here: Shipping addresses

Yes, an unlimited number of vouchers can be included with one submission.
